The RN supervises and directs the activities of nursing staff and coordinates interdisciplinary care while utilizing critical thinking, clinical expertise, and independent judgment. This department only includes education and non-productive hours of Float Pool nurses. Float Pool nurses working a unit should always clock in to the unit being worked. Requirements Start Date: ASAP Shift: Day shift (36 48 hours per week) Experience: Must have TELE experience; candidates must be comfortable floating System Experience: Must have Cerner experience RTO: 0 3 days only Holidays: Not permitted Education & Work Experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred Acute Care Facility Experience: Preferred Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice - Required Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification - Required ACLS - Required
