Location: On-site in Canal Lewisville, OH area
Base Salary $60K-$85K DOE
Join a heavy industrial manufacturer known for its exceptional stability and continuous growth. We're looking for a Safety Supervisor to lead safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety excellence across our operations.
Seeking candidates with experience within Industrial Manufacturing, along with at least 2 years leadership mentoring others. This position directrly supervises 2 hourly employees
What You'll DoLead and manage safety programs, audits, and training
Monitor workplace conditions and conduct industrial hygiene assessments
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Supervise and mentor safety personnel
Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
5+ years of safety/environmental compliance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Must have experience from Industrial Manufacturing environment.
CPR and First Aid certification required; CSP preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Certificates/Lis: CPR, and Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
4+ yrs. experience experience in occupational health, safety and/or environmental compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and standards is required.
