Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator – LATAM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

Job Duties:

  • Assist the MSI LATAM sales team in all aspects of sales activities.
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests from the internal sales team and customers promptly and professionally.
  • Expedite all sales-related paperwork as well as arrangements for shipment.
  • Generate and prepare weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports.
  • Process customer purchase orders and credit claims.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 1 year or more of sales-related work experience in IT distribution or with resellers preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
