                            We’re looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our front office in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment. If you’re a team player who’s also great at working independently, this could be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities:
Front desk, phones, and email communication
General admin tasks: filing, permits, project paperwork
Heavy computer use with both old and new systems
Work closely with sales, scheduling, and labor teams
What You Bring:
Admin experience and strong Microsoft Office skills
Solid data entry and basic math abilities
Clear written and verbal communication
Great time management and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
Bonus: Experience in the service industry (e.g., contractor, plumber, asbestos removal) is a big plus!
