Responsibilities
- Drive sales by proactively contacting potential clients via a phone operating system
- Qualify leads and connect them with our licensed sales team
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals (and celebrate those achievements!)
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation
- Confident in negotiation and conversational skills
- Previous sales, customer service, or industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to obtain an Oregon insurance license (or provide verification if already licensed)
