We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, sparking interest, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
 - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest.
 - Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
 - Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and targets.
 - Follow up consistently with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
 - Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and the competitive landscape.
 
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience; B2B experience is a plus.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive edge.

 - Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling.
 - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
