Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified leads.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Craft and deliver personalised outreach sequences using CRM and automation tools.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipeDrive.

Requirements

  • Based in New York (US)
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in outbound or inbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience working remotely and independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments is a plus.
