About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in driving pipeline and growth. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, sparking conversations, and creating opportunities that set the sales team up for success. What You'll Do:
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in the company's solutions
- Research and qualify potential customers to understand their business needs
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Track all activity and metrics in the company's CRM and engagement tools
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach and qualified meetings
