Responsibilities
  • Generate leads by developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with sales management to achieve sales goals and improve the overall sales process.
  • Participate in in-person and online training, meetings, trade shows, and sales events to stay current on industry trends.
  • Identify and qualify lucrative sales leads for the sales force to pursue and close.
  • Acquire new customers through a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, text messages, and email.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driving: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive: Ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions proactively.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
