Job Details



You’ll be the bridge between innovation and industry — combining your technical expertise with relationship-building skills to expand our footprint and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Driving sales growth for new and aftermarket exhaust fan products while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and operations to win orders and deliver value from concept to completion.
  • Applying consultative selling techniques to assess customer needs, understand competitive landscapes, and craft winning proposals.
  • Designing solutions — selecting the right fans, materials, and configurations to meet customer specs and ensure long-term reliability.
  • Estimating costs accurately, balancing in-house manufacturing, buy-outs, and engineering resources.
  • Generating high-quality proposals and technical responses on time and with precision.
  • Leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities, manage follow-ups, and capture critical market data.
  • Negotiating contracts that align with both customer satisfaction and company goals.
  • Gathering and reporting market intelligence — understanding wins, losses, and competitive positioning.
  • Providing technical guidance to clients, reps, and engineering partners for proper equipment selection and differentiation.

What You’ll Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Engineering (preferred) — or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of sales or business experience in a related industrial setting — ideally with industrial blowers, air pollution control, or process equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort interpreting customer specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • A detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
