Administrative Assistant – Sales Support
: On-site | Gardena, CA

Temp 6 to 8 months

Pay: $21 to $27 DOEE

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team at our Gardena location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about helping teams stay efficient and focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales department

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation

  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking customer requests

  • Maintain organized filing systems and CRM data entry

  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients professionally

  • Support event planning and logistics for sales-related activities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus



Pay Details: $21.00 to $27.00 per hour
