Sales Representative at Monks Law Firm

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbounde inquiries (phone, online,referraks).
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls or emails to potential clients.
• Educate prospects on available traffic serves and benefits.

Consultation and Sales

• Gather details abour the client's traffic violation, court date, and prior history.
• Explain the legal process, potential outcomes, and service packages.
• Overcome objections and close sales by enrolling clients in representation services.
• Accurately quote fees and payment options.

Client Intake and Documentation

• Collect necessary client information and case details.
• Ensure all required documents, driver's license copies, and citations are recieved.
• Enter client information into the firm's CRM or case management system.

Relationship Management

• Provide excellent customer service during the client intake process
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding next steps.
• Build trust and repport with clients to encourage referrals.

Compliance and Professionalism

• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines when discussing services
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Represent the firm professionallt at all times.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, or sales preferred.
• Familiarity with law firm CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
