Sales Representative

ROLE:

As a Senior Sales Representative at DiLucci CPA Firm, you’ll be responsible for selling our tax, accounting and IRS services ($1,800-$20,000+) to our prospective clients. You will be our first point of contact maintaining and growing the brand. The ideal candidate has a background in tax or substantial experience selling to business owners.

In this role, you’ll take charge of your own pipeline, turning initial conversations into valuable business opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve taking inbound sales calls, understanding potential clients needs, and demonstrating how DiLucci CPA Firm can help them achieve their financial goals. This is more than just making sales calls; it’s about creating a positive and engaging experience from the first interaction. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM and tracking systems

• Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods

• Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM.

• Educate prospects on our services. 

• Allow the CEO to shadow calls and give feedback

• Available most days from 9 am-5 pm EST or PST to take calls

• Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales process to onboarding.

RESULTS:

• All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations by EOD

• A close rate of 20% or $200k/month closed maintained

• All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely

• Sales tracking sheet is updated M-F 

• There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly

• Contractor remains well-versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference

• Experience selling to Small Business Owners (SMB)

• Tax experience is highly preferred, but not required.

• Open to learning new processes in sales

• Strive  to growing rapidly

• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time

• Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader

LOCATION:

• Fully Remote

SALARY:

• Low base; primarily commission, on target earnings from 120k to 200k/year
