Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops Journeyman's license preferred but not required Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus DUTIES: Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards Present service options and perform approved work onsite Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience without using pressure tactics Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Participate in weekly training and professional development *Progression Inc. is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
