Responsibilities:
Sales Sample & Shipment Coordination: Prepare and ship product sample packages with precision and timeliness; ensure urgent requests are prioritized and fulfilled promptly.
Communication: Maintain professional and prompt email correspondence with sales team members, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements in shipping, sample preparation, and workflow processes.
Inventory Management: Track product and shipping supply inventory levels; ensure supplies are stocked and work areas are organized.
Office Support: Assist the Office Manager with general office tasks, including welcoming visitors and supporting day-to-day operations when needed.
Collaboration: Act as a reliable team player, working well with others across departments to support company goals.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency when handling time-sensitive tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and general computer applications.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong team-oriented mindset.
Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
