A company is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and document scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectivesTranslate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmapsGuide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall)A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Architecture, with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce projectsHands-on experience with Heroku, Copado, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AzureSalesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform App BuilderExcellent leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem-solving
