Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus is expanding due to consistent sales growth, and we’re looking for driven Sales Associates to join our Toyota, Lexus, and Pre-Owned departments. This is your opportunity to build a career with real income potential at a dealership that’s growing fast and winning big.

What We Offer:

$40K to $150K+ potential
Training Pay to help you transition smoothly
Work/Life Balance with under 50 hours per week

Alternating monthly shifts:
• Month A: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Month B: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
One scheduled day off every week
One early-out day (3 PM) every week

Cross-Sales across Toyota, Lexus, and Pre-Owned for qualified associates
Paid Vacation:

1 week after 1 year
2 weeks after 2 years
3 weeks after 10 years
Plus 2 personal days
