Genesis10 is seeking a SAP Tech and Shop Order Processing Specialist​​ for a 6-month contract with possible conversion to a permanent position with a manufacturing client located in New Holland, PA. This role is 100% onsite. Compensation: $24.00 - 27.00 per hour. Summary: The SAP Tech and Shop Order Processing Specialist​ will support the manufacturing and procurement teams by reviewing blueprints, verifying bills of materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the accuracy of materials documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and communicates effectively across teams. Pay Rate: $24 - $27/hr Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and verify bills of materials (BOMs) for accuracy. Maintain an understanding of manufacturing processes to support part validation and resolution of discrepancies. Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and track procurement and material data. Communicate clearly and professionally with part requestors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain updates. Demonstrate excellent organization and follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Learn and navigate multiple internal client applications to support operational efficiency. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, data analysis) and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Highly organized with proven follow-up and coordination skills. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred. Willingness to learn new tools and systems (training on internal client applications will be provided).
