Desktop Support Technician at TEKsystems

Job Description:
We're hiring *five* Desktop Support Technicians to support a large-scale workstation refresh project at a healthcare facility in Sioux Falls, SD. This role involves replacing and deploying desktops and laptops to meet updated system standards. You'll be working on-site in a hospital/clinic environment and may also assist with deploying single sign-on badge systems.
Key Responsibilities:

* Install and configure hardware and software on new systems
* Replace outdated desktops/laptops with new equipment
* Provide basic troubleshooting and end-user support
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth deployment
* Maintain a high level of customer service in a clinical environment
* May involve lifting and moving equipment
Top Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience with desktop support, hardware/software installation
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow technical instructions and meet deadlines
* Willingness to work on-site and comply with medical, drug, and background screening requirements
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
