Scheduling Specialist at Pediatric Therapy Specialists

We are looking for a confident, upbeat, mature, smart individual for our very fast paced front office position who has experience as a scheduling specialist. Must be able to handle multiple phone lines and be organized. Some overall job responsibilities include front desk scheduling, collection of copayments/deductibles within the clinic, and patient interaction on the phone and in person. Customer service and previous administrative experience is a definite plus. MUST be looking for a long term position. Must like working around kids and have experience interacting with many different types of personalities. Please have stable work history. What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the quality and execution of 25 providers' daily schedules
• Responsible for the taking payments
• Follow up on reschedules and cancels
  
• Communicate with providers and clients in a positive and professional manner; sensitive in approach to discussions regarding financial matters

What were looking for:

• You have at least 5+ years of scheduling experience,
  
• You are comfortable with ambiguity. You bring structure to the situation, and take a proactive approach to getting things done.
• You are a clear and streamlined communicator, with the ability to share complicated information in an easily digestible way.
• You are passionate about process improvement and are eager to find new and better ways to accomplish key tasks.
• You are comfortable working with Google Sheets to organize data.
• Ability to work in clinic with loud noises
• Ability to prioritize and follow up on completion of tasks
• Ability to protect PHI and follow HIPPA regulations
• Good writing and communication skills
