Job Description
WellSpan Health is seeking a School Therapist to provide services for the Lebanon School District! This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, year-round position. Sign on bonus and relocation assistance is available!
General Summary
Provides individual, group and/or family therapy. Provides preadmission screening to determine appropriateness for admission. Interviews patients and/or families to obtain psycho-social histories. Collaborates with the treatment team to develop a treatment plan and coordinates discharge planning.
Minimum Education:
- Master's degree in counseling, Psychology or Human Services-Related Field Required
Work Experience:
- More than 1-year Related experience required
