Job Description
HG Arias & Associates is searching for a qualified individual to cover in a secretary role during a 3 moth assignment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Training and Experience: Administrative support, paraprofessional, or secretarial experience or a High School Diploma and three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative support, paraprofessional, or secretarial experience to an executive public or private sector official.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent from another state.
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under direction, perform a variety of highly responsible, complex paraprofessional functions to provide secretarial support and administrative services.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Be the central point of contact, handling calls, emails, and visitors, managing travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assisting with day-today operations
- Organizing, copying and maintaining file system and managing records
- Arrange and schedule time and place for meetings.
- Maintenance of payroll via KRONOS
- Monitor supplies budget and inventory, requisition supplies and complete invoicing.
