This team will meet the FA in-person and help with transferring asset/brokerage book of business accounts over to internal systems. Some transitions can be smaller (200 customer accounts) or larger (10k+ customer accounts). Looking for: Accounting finance background or Math degree (Problem solver) Customer service background Pastbanking/Financial Firm experience Team player, Assertiveness – Must make GOOD first impression Analytical Attention to detail Has had success with former Teachers/Real Estate Agents Could be fresh out of college looking for a job – Excited to travel across USA Willing to work some holidays/weekends (Not major holidays) MUST have own charge card for expenses on road. Must Haves: Attention to detail Working with FA’s book of business/Customer accounts Accounting/Finance/Economics Customer service Personable/assertive Excel DocuSign (Any eSig nature) Most Important: Desire to travel and embrace being on road If there is any doubt about travel, then not a good fit Transitions can be 2-10 weeks at a time. Nice: Banking/Financial Firm Beta / Former banking Experience Adobe Pro Assertiveness/Personable First POC for new FA’s Day to Day: 2-3 weeks onsite for training before being sent on transitions Travel Meet face to face with external firm Financial Advisors, and partners to transfer customer accounts to internal programs First impressions/confidence very important. Will work through different business channels (brokerage/assets/mortgage) Beta: New Accounts opening program Can grow from Transition Specialist to Consultant to team Lead. Must be willing to work and train others
