LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and events
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare briefing materials for trips and engagements
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations
Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare agendas, talking points, and meeting materials
Record minutes and track action items
Process expense reports and maintain filing systems
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Support strategic initiatives and special projects
Monitor deadlines and deliverables
Minimum 5–7 years supporting C-suite executives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Hours:
9:00am-5:00pm
Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
