LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones

  • Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and events

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries

  • Prepare briefing materials for trips and engagements

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations

  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare agendas, talking points, and meeting materials

  • Record minutes and track action items

  • Process expense reports and maintain filing systems

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects

  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5–7 years supporting C-suite executives

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism

Hours:

  • 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
