Senior Associate Attorney at Brock & Scott, PLLC

Our rapidly growing regional Creditors' Rights law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to oversee legal matters from inception through post-judgment remedies. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality legal representation, treat all clients with fairness and respect, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.We are seeking someone who embodies our core values: High-Quality Work, Effective Communication, and Ownership.*This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component, requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings.**Duties and Responsibilities:** Demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills.* Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.* Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases.* Willing to travel to various courts within the state of PA, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceeds and to attend court hearings.* Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results.Requirements* 3+ years' experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations.* J.D. from an accredited law school with an *Active license to practice law in PA. *A license to practice law in other states in our footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus but not mandatory.* Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.* Exemplary oral and written communication skills.* Outstanding Time Management skills_*We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 for qualified candidates*_Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,338.75 - $120,343.44 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Employee discount* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: Remote
