A company is looking for a Senior Associate Paralegal - Preclinical Contracting.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal support on preclinical contracting issues under the direction of an attorney or paralegalConduct research on laws and regulations affecting preclinical contractingDraft and negotiate a high volume of preclinical-related contracts in a time-sensitive environmentRequired Qualifications:Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of legal experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of legal experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of legal experienceCompletion of an ABA-approved paralegal education program or equivalent experience preferredExperience as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm environmentStrong knowledge of contracting and legal procedures related to pharmaceutical and/or university contractsProficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with evolving technologies
