Overview
AmTrust Financial, a fast growing P&C Insurance company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst supporting the Sales organization for the North America P&C division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain both standardized and custom reports, conduct key sales analysis, participate in cross functional projects, and support sales managers with accurate and meaningful reporting and data analysis
- Work on the development and implementation of enhancements in Salesforce and proprietary management systems by documenting requirements, conducting UAT testing and creating training materials for end-users
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and analytics teams to develop and implement sales reports/dashboards in PowerBI, Salesforce, CRM Analytics, etc.
- Assist with the administration and the execution of quarterly sales compensation plans
- Support ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Business Administration, or Finance required
- 5+ yrs experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Fluency with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Power BI and Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and solve complex problems with focus on simplicity and scalability
- Effectively manages many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities change
- Ability to work in a team environment, but also self-motivated to produce results with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with sales teams and region management

The expected salary range for this role is $105,300-$115,000 annually
