Senior Director, Corporate Security at Delaware North

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Director of Corporate Security to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Director of Corporate Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our physical assets, team members, customers, and sensitive information. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $132,100 - $178,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Develop and implement a corporate security strategy aligned with company goals; conduct risk assessments to identify threats and ensure proactive measures
• Enforce security policies and procedures, maintain an incident response plan, and ensure alignment with business needs and operational risks
• Oversee physical security systems including access control, surveillance, and alarms; manage vendor relationships to ensure technology effectiveness
• Lead a team of security professionals, deliver team member training programs, and foster a security-conscious culture across the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct drills and simulations, monitor emerging threats, and enhance security awareness programs

• Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field 
• Proven experience in a senior security management role leading people, processes, and programs, preferably within the gaming, hospitality, or law enforcement industry 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading people, processes, and programs in the field of security, crisis management, and investigations 
• In-depth knowledge of physical and information security principles and practices 
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
