Job Description

ADT is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Analyst to join our team. This role will support either our Pricing Strategy or Subscriber Economics function, depending on business needs and candidate experience. The Senior Analyst will work cross-functionally to deliver insights that drive decision-making across sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

What You'll Do:
Depending on team assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders using clear, data-driven storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence business strategy and execution.

Pricing Strategy Focus:

  • Analyze historical sales and pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate promotional performance and pricing programs to optimize margin and revenue.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to design offers that balance growth and profitability.
  • Support development of long-term pricing strategies for complex products and services.

Subscriber Economics Focus:

  • Build and maintain Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models to support strategic decisions across acquisition, retention, and service upgrades.
  • Aggregate and analyze data across the subscriber lifecycle to evaluate profitability and economic impact.
  • Provide insights into cost allocation, attrition, and revenue across customer segments and channels.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis related to credit policy and financial modeling.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, business analytics, or subscriber economics.
  • Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a subscription-based or recurring revenue business model is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of financial valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR, and DCF.
  • Ability to break down complex data for non-technical audiences and influence decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Office Location: Boca Raton, FL

Workstyle: A hybrid schedule where employees work on-site four days per week and remotely one day.
