Pay: Up to $60/hour DOE + Excellent Benefits + Relocation Assistance
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About the Opportunity
CV Resources is partnering with a respected nonprofit healthcare organization in Southern Oregon to identify an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. This is an onsite, full-time role supporting a mission-driven medical group.
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR professional with proven expertise in employee relations, investigations, and strategic HR partnership. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and play a key role in supporting staff across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned departments, supporting leaders and staff in all aspects of employee relations.
Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
Collaborate with Finance, Leadership, and HR teams to deliver data-driven insights and workforce solutions.
Facilitate regular meetings with department leaders to proactively address engagement, retention, and compliance issues.
Partner on HR initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture and operational efficiency.
Support change management, organizational design, and talent development efforts as needed.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
SHRM-CP required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in healthcare or other complex, regulated environments preferred.
Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
