Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to assist with the support of various People technology ecosystems, including and primarily Oracle Cloud HCM. As a member of the People Systems team, this role will partner to optimize current system functionality and configuration, test and implement new features, and ensure that existing HR technology and processes continue to operate successfully while meeting evolving business needs. The Senior HRIS Analyst brings experience with identifying and applying process improvement opportunities, gathering and documenting functional requirements, supporting HR solutions, and data management practices. As part of our team, you will contribute to shaping the growth and stability of our People systems, data, and technology landscape in collaboration with various cross-functional teams and other third party vendors.
This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our Somerville, MA or our Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV at least 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is available.
What you'll do:
Supports administration of and updates to current system configuration, features, modules, and processes.
Assists with the identification of opportunities for process optimization, automation, and simplification of tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes.
Partners with the People Systems team to identify breakdowns in system processes and functionality, escalate support needs, and implement break-fix resolutions.
Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize, test, and implement system enhancements, releases, and changes. Helps to develop, execute, and document test scripts.
Supports administration of HR data tables and partners with key stakeholders to complete recurring data integrity audits.
Assists with ongoing monitoring of HR integrations and escalation of interface failures.
Creates end-user documentation for HR teams, managers and employees.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience working directly with Human Resources data and systems
Administrator experience in the Oracle HCM application and related modules
Demonstrated experience in supporting HR functions and projects
Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements
Experience providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
