A growing insurance technology team in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Senior Java Developer to support their digital transformation efforts. - 5+ years of professional Java development experience
- Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, microservices, REST APIs)
- Background in insurance or financial services (auto insurance strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Exposure to Guidewire or other insurance core platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in expanding into insurance-specific technologies
- Tech Breakdown: 100% Java backend development
- Daily Responsibilities: 100% hands-on coding, peer reviews, and solution design in a collaborative team setting
