Senior Labor & Employment Law Attorney
- 5-10+ years experience in traditional labor law
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active and good-standing license in Washington (or strong interest in relocating to the Pacific Northwest with license in another state)
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and public speaking skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing high-volume caseloads
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior associates
