Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Administrator with hands-on experience in Coupa Configuration, CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), and RPMA (Procurement and Risk Management Analytics). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and configuring the Coupa Procurement Suite, as well as implementing and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management and Procurement Analytics solutions.
As a Coupa Configuration Specialist, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the platform is customized, optimized, and configured according to the organization's needs. You will also be involved in system administration, user management, and overall platform optimization to ensure a smooth and efficient procurement and contract management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coupa Configuration & Administration:
- Administer and configure Coupa Procurement, CLM, and RPMA modules to meet business requirements.
- Perform system configurations such as workflows, approval routing, and document management in Coupa.
- Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):
- Support the setup and optimization of Coupa’s CLM module.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams to configure workflows and automate contract creation, approval, and execution processes.
- Integrate CLM processes with other modules in Coupa for seamless end-to-end contract management.
- Procurement and Risk Management Analytics (RPMA):
- Configure and customize the RPMA module for advanced reporting and analytics related to procurement and risk management.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Integration & Testing:
- Collaborate with IT and other functional teams to integrate Coupa with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Assist in the testing and troubleshooting of integrations, workflows, and configurations.
- User Training & Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- System Optimization & Maintenance:
- Continuously monitor the system for performance improvements and make recommendations for upgrades or adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the Coupa platform.
Must-Have Skills:
- Coupa Configuration Expertise: Proven experience in configuring and administering the Coupa procurement suite, specifically the procurement, CLM, and RPMA modules.
- CLM and RPMA Experience: Experience with Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Procurement & Risk Management Analytics (RPMA) modules.
- Coupa Admin: Strong understanding of Coupa system administration, including user management, access controls, and troubleshooting.
- Integration Knowledge: Ability to configure and integrate Coupa with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
