Position Overview
The Senior Safety Manager is responsible for leading and managing safety initiatives across construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. This role involves developing safety programs, conducting training, and collaborating with project teams to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.

The Senior Safety Manager is responsible for leading and managing safety initiatives across construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. This role involves developing safety programs, conducting training, and collaborating with project teams to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide safety training and education to employees, including First Aid and CPR training.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess safety risks and implement mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.
- Maintain safety records and documentation, preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure continuous improvement in safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR, along with OSHA 500 certification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage safety initiatives and training programs.
- Proven ability to analyze safety data and implement effective safety solutions.
