The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and support programs that empower Medica's commercial sales teams to achieve performance goals. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, content, and knowledge needed to engage clients effectively, drive revenue growth, and enhance client experience. Performs other duties as assigned
Key Accountabilities
- Sales Training & Onboarding
- Develop and lead onboarding programs for new hires across Inside Sales, Broker Experience, and Commercial Sales teams
- Deliver training on Medica's product offerings including Medicare, Individual & Family (IFB), Medicaid, and Commercial plans
- Facilitate general training sessions such as "Welcome to Medica," "Medicare 101," and "ACA 101."
- Ongoing Enablement & Development
- Assess team performance and identify knowledge gaps; design targeted training interventions
- Coordinate ad hoc and annual product training sessions in partnership with the Sales Enablement team
- Support documentation and resource development for sales technologies including Salesforce, Connecture, Broker Tracking System, and CRM platforms
- Technology & Process Support
- Lead training initiatives for new technology rollouts and process improvements
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams and enterprise analytics to ensure alignment on data-driven strategies
- Client Experience & Event Coordination
- Collaborate with Client Experience Specialists to support high-value employer groups and broker relationships
- Manage logistics for sales events, including scheduling, materials, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 5 years of work experience beyond degree
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare products and sales methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Familiarity with Medicare Star Ratings and commercial sales strategies
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles
- Prior experience supporting sales teams in healthcare or insurance sectors
This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week
The full salary grade for this position is $68,800 - $118,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $68,800 - $103,215. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
