A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to empower Sales and Customer Success teams through enablement programs and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize enablement programs for onboarding, training, and ongoing support for sales teamsCreate and maintain enablement materials and lead training initiatives in collaboration with various teamsDefine and track enablement KPIs and present findings to Sales and Executive LeadershipRequired Qualifications5-8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement within a B2B SaaS companyDeep expertise in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, and/or SandlerDocumented success in building enablement programs that improve sales productivityStrong history of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
