We're seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to the strategic direction of our practice. What You'll Do:
- Lead sophisticated tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to multi-generational families and their family offices
- Review complex returns and provide strategic oversight on client engagements
- Collaborate with attorneys, investment advisors, and fiduciaries on integrated planning
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals
- Contribute to firm leadership, business development, and practice innovation
What We're Looking For:
- CPA, EA or JD with 10+ years of experience in Tax compliance
- Deep expertise in estate, gift, trust, and partnership taxation
- Strong technical skills and a consultative approach to client service
- Proven ability to manage complex engagements and lead teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to excellence, confidentiality, and ethical practice
