Senior Trial Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm that has provided legal representation to clients across 40+ cities throughout California, and a staff of 40+ employees. Their practice is dedicated to providing individuals who have suffered personal injuries or assaults with experienced, compassionate legal representation.
We are in search of an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to grow the dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about helping clients and committed to supporting the firm’s overall mission.
- Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake through final settlement, ensuring comprehensive handling and optimal client outcomes
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of complex litigation cases from inception through verdict
- Serve as lead trial counsel on high-value or high-complexity personal injury cases
- Collaborate with the Managing Attorney to develop and implement effective litigation strategies
- Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and communication
- Oversee all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and expert witness coordination
- Handle a minimum of 5 trials per year to verdict, as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of litigation and trial experience, preferably in personal
injury - Elder Abuse, Sexual Assault, and Medical Malpractice are a plus but not required
- Must have experience leading multiple trials as first chair to verdict
- Proven track record of successful trial results
- Ability to independently manage 50+ litigation files simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
- Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary Compensation: $190,000 - $260,000 + Attorney Fee Structure
