We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Software Developer to lead the design and delivery of key technology initiatives. This role involves end-to-end project involvement—from conceptualization and initial design to final implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience building distributed systems and cloud-ready environments, and must be comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive leadership and software architects. This position requires a high-level understanding of scalable software solutions, as well as a strategic mindset for identifying and implementing system improvements. 

In this role, the Software Developer will be responsible for creating scalable, fault-tolerant applications and improving system integration across the company. Strong analytical skills are essential, as the position involves synthesizing complex data and evaluating processes to deliver high-level insights. Candidates must be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and committed to maintaining consistent, reliable attendance. Required Skills

• Bachelors of science in Computer science or related field

• SQL Server

• Agile Methodology
