Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to join their team and drive organic growth through strategic site optimization. This role focuses on improving keyword rankings, increasing organic traffic, and collaborating across teams to implement best-in-class SEO practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility
• Partner with content teams to provide keyword research, competitive analysis, and recommendations for page content, layout, and metadata
• Collaborate on technical SEO initiatives for uhc.com, including ongoing optimizations, monitoring issues, and coordinating fixes with development teams
• Conduct regular audits and analyze site performance to identify opportunities for optimization and content expansion
• Perform keyword research and gap analysis to inform content strategy
• Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, BrightEdge) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Looker Studio) to extract actionable insights
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance organic traffic and user experience
• Work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics
• Proficiency with SEO tools and data analysis platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
