Job Description
Hi-Lawn's 50-foot spherical pop-up bar "Snowglow" at The Dome returns in November, and we are hiring for the season!
On the rooftop at Union Market, the 50-foot spherical dome, transforms into a globe of holiday magic with awe-inspiring animated visuals, spirited cocktails, festive eats, and plenty of holiday cheer.
Heated and designed for the Winter season, Snowlogw returns for a 6-week run from November 15 - January 4.
We are looking for professionals to join the support team in providing high-end hospitality for guests while they enjoy this awe-inspiring experience. This is a seasonal position during the time the Snowglow experience will be live.
Server Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist in internal set up and break down of The Dome, a 60-seat spherical space
- Support the flow of the guest experience, which will be time limited and have multiple seatings per night
- Follow proper processes to ensure smoothness, efficiency, and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, with Friday through Sunday availability required
