Job Description

We're putting together the opening team for an ambitious full service restaurant in the Lower East Side. The culinary team behind Demo in the West Village will continue its re imagining of Mediterranean and European cuisine.

The menu will highlight steak, game and seafood as well as market produce, creatively but with a classic feel. We are planning an expansive wine list and cellar focusing on sustainable producers that embody progressive practices with tradition. Additionally, the beverage program will support a highly curated selection of spirits and product-driven cocktails.

We are in search of front of house professionals who are looking to provide attentive and engaged service. We are actively hiring for all service positions: server, backserver/runner, sommelier.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Open availability
  • Hospitable and friendly
  • Desire to expand wine and food knowledge
  • Familiarity with Toast POS
