Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, professional Server to join our Front-of-House team. The ideal candidate is poised, knowledgeable, and attentive, with a genuine passion for food, wine, and guest connection. At Elyse, service is more than presentation—it’s an extension of the story we tell each evening.
Responsibilities:
Guide guests through our tasting menu, describing dishes and pairings with accuracy and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with the kitchen and Sommelier to ensure seamless pacing and communication.
Maintain polished table presentation, timing, and professionalism throughout service.
Uphold Elyse’s hospitality standards and contribute to a graceful, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
Previous fine dining or tasting-menu service experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of wine, pairings, and modern cuisine.
Warm, confident, and professional demeanor.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
A genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
Compensation:
Servers are paid biweekly with a base pay per shift plus additional gratuity.
