La Noma is a sophisticated fine dining restaurant in Fort Lee, NJ, delivering exceptional culinary experiences with refined service, premium ingredients, and a polished atmosphere. We are looking to expand our front-of-house team with individuals who value excellence in hospitality and go above and beyond for every guest.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, personalized table service in an upscale dining environment.

• Greet, seat and engage with guests in a warm yet professional manner.

• Present menus, describe daily specials, offer wine and beverage recommendations.

• Take and deliver food & beverage orders promptly, adhering to established fine-dining service standards.

• Maintain tableside presentation, clear and reset tables efficiently, uphold impeccable dining room appearance.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, wine & beverage pairings.

• Uphold high standards of grooming, demeanor and professionalism at all times.

• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant. HRBLADE+1

• Deep knowledge of food & beverage service, wine and cocktail pairings.

• Exceptional communication, accuracy, attention to detail and guest focus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining calm and elegance.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
