Server at Manong

Duties

1. Maintaining High Service Standards in an approachable and fun Casual Dining Environment
2. Extensive Beverage & Food Menu Knowledge, assisted by provided training materials
3. Managing a section of tables - guiding your guests throughout the menu while demonstrating competency in all steps of service
4. Setting Up and Closing Down the Restaurant, including any relevant Side Work
5. Keeping the Dining Room & Service Areas clean, neat, and tidy throughout service
6. Communicate with Staff & Management to assist with a seamless and efficient work environment
7. Supporting fellow FOH team members

Expectations & Physical Demands

1. Attend scheduled shifts on time and in accordance with dress code and appearance guidelines
2. Fair notice of availability changes and time off requests 
3. Strong knowledge of products sold in retail bottle shop   
4. This position will require the employee to periodically lift, push, pull or carry items up to 50 lbs in weight (outdoor furniture, assisting with deliveries, etc)
5. This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time 
6. This position will require the employee to periodically climb stairs, ramps or uneven surfaces
