Job Description
Park Rose, a new restaurant from Renwick Hospitality (Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail), is opening and seeking Servers to join our opening team.
Inspired by the gardens of Rose Hill, Park Rose is a modern American Italian restaurant designed to be an energetic neighborhood favorite—uplifted by the quality of its food, cocktails, and service. We aim to be a go-to spot for locals in Nomad and beyond, while also serving as a destination for special moments, vibrant hospitality, and exceptional meals.

What You’ll DoServers at Park Rose are expected to bring poise, positivity, and a deep commitment to team and guest experience. Responsibilities include:
Open and close the restaurant with care, ensuring the space is prepared, protected, and ready to support the team—because consistency in execution starts before the first guest walks in.
Handle all financial transactions responsibly, closing out each shift with accuracy and integrity. We strive for exceptional quality in every detail, including the numbers.
Deliver hospitality that feels personal and polished, contributing your unique self to every interaction. We believe golden moments happen when you bring genuine interest to teammates and guests alike.
Learn and uphold Renwick Hospitality’s service standards, adapting as we evolve through opening. Being better than yesterday means embracing growth and refinement.
Understand and sell the full menu, including food, cocktails, wine, and beer, with confidence and care. Superb guest experiences begin with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Minimum availability of 4–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
Completion of Renwick Hospitality standards training
