Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking friendly, professional, and attentive Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your skills with the right concept and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests

• Guide guests through menus, answer questions, and make recommendations

• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring timing and presentation standards are met

• Deliver food and beverages with precision and attention to detail

• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining areas

• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams for seamless service

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a high-volume environment

• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails a plus

• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service (where applicable)
