Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Server to join our team at Pie Room by Curtis Stone. This role includes serving wine, providing exceptional table service, and assisting with barista and counter service duties. The position offers flexibility for morning or evening shifts and requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, including wine service.
    •    Assist customers at the counter with orders and product inquiries.
    •    Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as a barista when needed.
    •    Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
    •    Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
    •    Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues with professionalism.
    •    Support the team with opening, closing, and restocking tasks as required.
    •    Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
    •    Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:
    •    Previous experience as a server, barista, or in a similar hospitality role.
    •    Strong knowledge of wine and the ability to make pairing recommendations.
    •    Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    •    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    •    A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
    •    Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    •    Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Working Conditions:
    •    Shifts may include standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
