Job Description:
As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent service to our guests. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. If you love a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to making every guest feel welcome, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Take food and drink orders, making menu recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation.
- Ensure all orders are correct before serving to guests.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of your section and keep the dining area organized.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
- Ensure guests have a positive experience from start to finish.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up or cleaning down the dining area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server is REQUIRED
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
